Instruction for payment of the registration fee

The Registration Fee must be paid as follows:

Comprovação de categorias:

Para a categoria Residentes e pós graduandos será imprescindível encaminhar comprovante de categoria.

Serão aceitos os seguintes documentos comprobatórios:

Carteirinha de estudante (frente e verso) com validade para o ano vigente;
Declaração de matrícula ou frequência assinada e carimbada pela instituição de ensino ou trabalho do semestre vigente;
Boleto quitado de mensalidade do semestre vigente da instituição de ensino.
Declaração da instituição de saúde responsável pelo programa de residência.

Attention: a documentação deve ser emitida no ano/semestre atual.

Withdrawal and Refund

In case of formal communication and justification of withdrawal from participation, the refund of amounts paid will be made up to 45 days after the event.
Refunds will follow the following criteria:

Justification *	Request Deadline	Amount to be refunded
No justification	up to thirty (30) days before the start of the Congressv	50% of the amount paid
Health issues	Up to five (5) days before the start of the Congress	80% of the amount paid
Duplicate payment	Up to five (5) days before the start of the Congress	100% of the amount paid

No justification: fill out the registration fee refund request form + copy of payment receipt;

Health issues: fill out the registration fee refund request form + medical certificate + copy of payment receipt;

Duplicate payment: fill out the registration fee refund request form + copies of payment receipts.

Only one registration per passport is allowed. In case of refund, your registration will not be deleted from the system, therefore, a new registration cannot be made.

Congress participants who have paid for their registration and later receive sponsorship from a laboratory or any type of courtesy will be subject to the "no justification" refund rule, meaning only 50% of the amount already paid can be refunded.
