Instruction for payment of the registration fee

The Registration Fee must be paid as follows:

Comprovação de categorias:

Para a categoria Residentes e pós graduandos será imprescindível encaminhar comprovante de categoria.
Serão aceitos os seguintes documentos comprobatórios:
  • Carteirinha de estudante (frente e verso) com validade para o ano vigente;
  • Declaração de matrícula ou frequência assinada e carimbada pela instituição de ensino ou trabalho do semestre vigente;
  • Boleto quitado de mensalidade do semestre vigente da instituição de ensino.
  • Declaração da instituição de saúde responsável pelo programa de residência.
Attention: a documentação deve ser emitida no ano/semestre atual.

Withdrawal and Refund

  • In case of formal communication and justification of withdrawal from participation, the refund of amounts paid will be made up to 45 days after the event.
  • Refunds will follow the following criteria:

No justification: fill out the registration fee refund request form + copy of payment receipt;

Health issues: fill out the registration fee refund request form + medical certificate + copy of payment receipt;

Duplicate payment: fill out the registration fee refund request form + copies of payment receipts.

Only one registration per passport is allowed. In case of refund, your registration will not be deleted from the system, therefore, a new registration cannot be made.

Congress participants who have paid for their registration and later receive sponsorship from a laboratory or any type of courtesy will be subject to the "no justification" refund rule, meaning only 50% of the amount already paid can be refunded.
