Instructions for paying the Registration fee

The registration fee should be paid as follows:
     • Credit Card – Verifyed by PlanoPago

Shortly after completing your registration form, you will receive instructions to pay the registration fee.

Withdrawal and Refund

• If the participant provides a reason for cancellation, the paid fees will be refunded up to 45 days after the date of the event.
• Refunds will be paid according to the following criteria:

Reason *	Deadline for Requesting Refund	Amount to be Refunded
Other justifications	up to 30 (thirty) days before the beginning of the Congress	50% of the paid fee
Health problems	Up to 5 (five) days before the beginning of the Congress	80% of the paid fee
Double payment	Up to 5 (five) days before the beginning of the Congress	100% of the paid fee
Purchase cancellation	Up to 7 (seven) days after payment	100% of the paid fee
